BOOKING POLICY

To confirm the reservation we ask for a 100% deposit through bank money transfer or using valid credit card.

If you find an issue with your hotel or vacation rental booking, you can make changes to your
reservation online. Some changes are free of charge, while charges may apply for others.

Cancellation policy
bookings can be cancelled without penalty before the hotel or vacation rental’s cancellation deadline.
GTHR has rights to deduct full or some percentage when booking cancelled after deadline.

• 30% deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation
• cancellation from 30 days to now show penalty 100% total stay

Refund policy
When you cancel your hotel or vacation rental booking, you may be eligible to receive a refund of the
amount you paid, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking. When and how you receive
that refund will depend on how you paid for your booking.
(money handling or bank charges or any kind of transfer fees along with any receipt fee is on person
cancelled the booking and may deduct from the payment)

Refunds for credit and debit card payments
• We will process your refund and credit the card you used to pay for your booking within 24
hours.
• The credit may take 7 days to post to your account and 2 billing cycles to show on your
statement.
• If you have not received a credit within 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Nonrefundable bookings
• When you completely cancel your booking, you will not receive a refund of the amount you
paid.
• The hotel or vacation rental may charge you an additional cancellation fee.

Shorten Stay (Early check-out) :
Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period.
If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the
charge by the hotel in case of early departure the Hotel reserve the right to charge a penalty up to the
total stay/the remaining nights

Penalty not applicable
We will not applied any penalty in case there will be the possibility to book the room as per original
reservation. Deposit will be kept for a future booking

Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers or packages. In case
different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation

PAYMENTS for special deals and special offers cannot be refund on cancellation before or after
deadline..

Payments Methods:
On the arrival, to improve the express check in, we will ask the pre-authorization (not charge) on your
credit card for the total amount of your stay. Upon confirmation the authorization will be then
confirmed as final payment.
We accept all credit cards (Amexo, Visa, Diners, Mastercard). You can pay cash.
Payments are accepted only in US DOLLAR, POUNDS, EURO AND MALAY RINGGIT only, no other currency
is acceptable

We do not accept bank cheques or pay orders
Any damage will be charge on 100 percent of the amount.
VALID VISA ALONG WITH COMPLETE IDENTITY DOCS are required at the time of admission
Guests are requested not to brings their guests in their hotel rooms after 8 pm.
Any kind of special request in meals are subjected to increase the cost.

OTHER POLICIES

Check In :
Normal check in time is 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for
arrival after 6 pm.
Check-out is at 12 Noon.
Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Each is
subject to an additional RM 50 / hour
Modification:
We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject
to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original
arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification of RM 50 / hour

Children and Infants:
Child (2-5 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed (or roll away)
and no meal is provided for a child in normal cases. The child’s breakfast till 4 years is complimentary
and above that normal menu charges will be applied.
One person for one bed policy, for extra person one adult rate applicable on extra bed or mattress
(depend on availability )
In case that you require the extra bed for your child (2-5 years old), the third person’s rate applies which
you have to select “3 adults” instead of 2 adults and 1 child in the reservation form. Once you reserve
under the rate for 3 adults, you will also get 3 breakfasts, unless stated otherwise. Cots for infants can
be requested, subject to availability.
Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show) :
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically
by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please
urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as
mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.

NO SHOW POLICY :
In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable on the booking.

Special Request :
Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to
the hotel only.
In case that there is an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before
submitting the reservation.

Voucher :
At the time the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation number and voucher that you can
print out.
It is very important to present the confirmation voucher to the hotel upon arrival. Failure to produce the
confirmation at check-in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation or failing to trace the
record.
